Good pay, good experience working with kids in a school setting. The organization has a great philosophy that really has the best in mind for its kids.
What I wish was different
Understaffed. Way to many kids for the amount of workers we had. Also far away, hard to get to without a car.
Advice
Come in knowing that you will have to work hard, but a great opportunity for people considering a future in education.
