Client Support Specialist

What we need:

We currently have an opening in our Schaumburg location for a Client Support Specialist. The Client Support Specialist will oversee client accounts with guidance and oversight from Client Delivery Manager. The Client Support Specialist will be engaged from implementation to ongoing administration and will assist the Client Delivery Manager in managing all aspects of the project management process as well as being the liaison between the internal team and client contacts.

What you will do:
  • Assist and partner with the Client Delivery Manager to manage 2-4 accounts
  • Work with Client Delivery Manager in almost every facet as it pertains to the implementation, transition and ongoing services
  • Ensure all materials related to annual enrollment are consistent with the client's specifications and are properly and professionally prepared
  • Analyze all client materials used for annual enrollment to ensure that they are current and meet quality standards
  • Manage projects successfully with strict deadlines while under pressure
  • Provide detailed internal and external communication to successfully document instruction and process
