Each employee is a vital member of our production team.
- New and renewal account information gathering
- Requesting and keeping track of missing information from outside sources
- Consistency checkpoints
- Assistance in accounting procedures such as invoicing
- Data entry into multiple internet-based systems
- Incoming call management for the team
We are looking for people with:
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft 365 proficiency with an emphasis in Excel spreadsheets
- Effective communication skills, verbal and in written
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Self-motivated drive
- Ability to prioritize important and pressing tasks
