Account Manager


Summary
Account Manager is responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and company. Our Account Manager Provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with Customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer contact and by ensuring that all the customer requirements are completely and satisfactorily met
  • Effectively present and discuss products and services of the company, soliciting only those desired products/services provided by the company and its vendors to current and prospective customers in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding and delivery of customer needs.
  • Serves as the primary internal representative of the company, conveys to the customer a sense of expertise in the company’s services and capabilities, serves as an external key to customers.
  • Responsible for accurately communicating customer requirements to the production team, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs; work with sales team to guarantee satisfaction and value
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Communicate effectively with Sales Team, and Production Team
  • Updating Sales and Production tea regularly to guarantee that sales and customer objectives are met.
  • Compile and maintain required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
  • Update project information in company software system from start to finish
  • Assist in preparing Quotes to current and prospective customers.
  • Gather Vendor quotes for sub-components; Film, Bulk and Corrugated
  • Provide Delivery Dates to Production for components ordered to Production/Sales Team

  • Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
  • Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline
  • Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide-range of skills that will carry through a variety of career paths
  • Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings
  • Desire to mentor other colleagues after refining your skill set
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience. 2+ years
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
  • experience in order entry systems is preferred
  • BA/BS in Business preferred
